Welcome to Learn2Serve! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our training programs, website, and services. By enrolling in Learn2Serve courses or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

To enroll in a Learn2Serve course, you must provide accurate personal and payment information.
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the training materials for the duration specified in your course.
Course access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Refunds may be offered only under certain conditions (e.g., technical issues or errors in enrollment).
Requests for refunds must be submitted to learn2serveottawa@gmail.com at least 3 days before the registered course date.
Courses may be rescheduled if fewer than four individual students are registered.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Learn2Serve materials without prior written consent.

Learn2Serve provides training for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for employment outcomes or guarantees of job placement.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our training programs or website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting with a revised “Effective Date.”
